Turn Your Partner Into Your Greatest Support Person in Birth

So when labor starts, he knows how to help—not just how to watch.

Inside Daddy Doulas, I teach partners exactly what to do during contractions, how to comfort and advocate for you in labor, and how to support you in postpartum—so you feel more calm, connected, and cared for every step of the way.

Three paths to explore:

Daddy Doulas

Teach your partner how to support you through labor, birth, and postpartum.

Birth + Breastfeeding Guides

Practical digital resources for labor prep, postpartum, and feeding support.

Freebies + Resources

Start with free tools that help you feel more prepared right now.

If you’re feeling excited for birth… but also a little overwhelmed, you’re not alone.

Maybe you’re wondering:

  • What if I go into labor and panic?
  • What if my partner has no idea how to help?
  • What if birth doesn’t go to plan?
  • What do I actually need to know before baby gets here?
  • How do I prepare for breastfeeding and postpartum too?

You don’t need to know everything.
You just need the right preparation, the right support, and tools that actually make sense in real life.

Why families love learning here:

  • Simple, practical education — no fluff, no fear, no overwhelming medical jargon
  • Partner-focused support — because birth feels different when your partner actually knows how to help
  • Real-life preparation — labor tools, comfort measures, advocacy help, postpartum support, breastfeeding basics
  • Supportive, non-judgy approach — whether birth goes exactly to plan or not

Nice to meet you!

Hi, I’m Maddy.

I’m a childbirth educator, doula, lactation counselor, and mom of three — and I created Talk Birth to Me to help women and their partners feel more prepared, supported, and confident going into birth.

After being part of hundreds of birth experiences, I’ve seen just how much the right support can change everything. Birth doesn’t always go exactly to plan, but when you understand your options, know what’s happening, and have a partner who knows how to truly support you, it can feel so much less overwhelming.

My goal is to make birth education feel simple, practical, and actually helpful — not intimidating. Whether you’re preparing for labor, breastfeeding, postpartum, or teaching your partner how to be your greatest support person, I’m here to help you feel ready.
